Prudence. Our most powerful PRE-WORKOUT yet. At 24g per serving, 10X PUMP is packed with ingredients to help you get the most out of your workouts.
10X Pump is not for cowards. At 24g per scoop, 10X Pump is packed with ingredients backed by good science to help you get the most out of your workout. Most brands will start by telling you what is in their pre-workouts, but we are going to be different and start by telling you what is NOT in 10X PUMP.
UNCOMPROMISING QUALITY
At 10X Athletic, we don't use any:
Illegal and potentially unsafe stimulants. It's just not how we roll. We pride ourselves on fuelling athletes of all levels, including Olympic and professional athletes. So illegal or unsafe stimulants just don't do it with us.
Banned ingredients on WADA list. Enough said.
Patented blends. All our labels are completely transparent, so you know exactly what you get in each scoop. No nasties. No surprises.
Bad science. In particular, we avoid using ingredients with bad science to support their efficacy. Numerous pre-workouts are packed with cheap ingredients or ingredients with little or no science to back up their claims. We don't.

So what is included in 10X PUMP:
8000 mg Citrulline Malate
2:1 Looking for improved performance, recovery, energy and more powerful pumps? Then citrulline is a 'must' in your pre-workout. Citrulline is a powerful (NO) nitric oxide stimulating ingredient and has been shown to be a more bioavailable and effective nutrient for increasing plasma levels of arginine than supplementation with L-arginine alone. Before we go any further, let's put the debate about l-citrulline v citrulline malate to bed once and for all. There is only one winner if you are looking to maximise intense training and anaerobic performance. Unlike l-citrulline, studies have shown that when subjects consumed 8000 mg of citrulline malate, they improved their performance during chest and leg resistance training exercises, more repetitions and less perceived exertion compared to consuming a placebo. Moreover, subjects experienced as much as 40% reduction in muscle soreness compared to subjects who did not consume 8000 mg of citrulline malate. Citrulline may also help your performance in the gym by reducing the accumulation of lactic acid in your muscles, as it plays an important role in buffering ammonia.
It has been shown that 3200 mg beta-alanine, supplemented with beta-alanine, increases carnosine levels in skeletal muscle tissue up to 80%. This improves the muscles' ability to buffer hydrogen ions and compensates for the "burning" sensation experienced during intense exercise. Beta-alanine is an incredibly well-researched ingredient and studies have shown that supplementation with 3200 mg of beta-alanine can help reduce fatigue and significantly increase endurance. So what does this all mean? Simply put, Beta-alanine supplementation can lead to higher repetitions and superior performance in the gym. You may wonder if the goal is to increase carnosine, why not supplement directly with carnosine instead? Studies have shown that supplementation with beta-alanine is more effective in increasing carnosine levels than supplementation with carnosine alone. Beta-alanine is more bioavailable than carnosine and is therefore more effective in increasing carnosine levels in your muscles. If you are not used to supplementing beta-alanine, watch out for the 'tingling' (paresthesia) sensation. Start with a lower dose and build up your tolerance.
3000 mg creatine monohydrate
Perhaps the most thoroughly researched and effective ingredient in sports nutrition. Creatine monohydrate is not only heavily researched, but it also has a lot of evidence to support its efficacy. Creatine is an osmolyte that improves cellular hydration and ATP regeneration in your muscle cells. During exercise, ATP is broken down to produce energy. Creatine supplementation increases phosphocreatine stores, meaning more ATP energy to fuel muscles during intense exercise. In addition to helping your muscle cells produce more energy, studies have shown that supplementation with creatine monohydrate can lead to an increase in strength, muscle mass and muscle endurance and aid recovery, among other benefits. Creatine monohydrate is the gold standard and a must for any serious trainer. Creatine, like Beta Alaine, is a satiety product and does not require a loading phase. However, it is not unusual for trainers to consume 3-5g of creatine before and after training.
400 mg Peak ATP
Peak-ATP is a proprietary form of adenosine 5′-triphosphate (ATP) disodium. Peak-ATP is identical in structure to the ATP produced and used in the human body. All living cells use ATP for energy. During exercise, the demand for ATP increases dramatically and the rate of ATP turnover can limit high-intensity performance. In clinical trials, Peak ATP has been shown to increase muscle power output, improve blood flow, increase the number of repetitions performed, increase lean mass and reduce fatigue compared to placebo. Based on research, the recommended dose of Peak ATP is 400 mg, the exact amount in your 10X pre-workout. Ideally, it should be taken (in your pre-workout) 30-60 minutes before training.
2500 mg betaine anhydrous
Betaine is a heavily researched, safe and highly effective performance-enhancing supplement. Betaine is a natural osmolyte like creatine and promotes cell hydration. It also works with creatine to enhance creatine biosynthesis in the human body. As an osmolyte, betaine improves intracellular water, which stimulates muscle volume and muscle swelling. Studies have shown that muscle swelling stimulates muscle protein synthesis and reduces protein breakdown, ultimately leading to increased muscle size. Studies have shown that supplementation with 2500 mg of betaine can significantly increase anaerobic strength, muscle protein synthesis and lean mass in athletes.
1000 mg L-Tyrosine
Research has shown that tyrosine supplementation can increase levels of the neurotransmitters adrenaline, noradrenaline and dopamine. These are important brain chemicals that affect alertness, mood and your stress response. L-tyrosine is a precursor of dopamine, a chemical that regulates the 'reward and pleasure' centres in your brain. Since reduced dopamine levels reduce motivation and performance, increasing dopamine levels can boost brain function, mood and performance under certain circumstances.
1000 mg beetroot extract
Beetroot extract is another potent (NO) nitric oxide stimulating ingredient. The nitrates in beetroot juice and supplements have been shown to increase nitric oxide secretion. Studies in humans suggest that stimulating NO can improve muscle pumps and performance during high-intensity interval training and prolonged aerobic exercise.
700 mg of electrolytes
Electrolytes are minerals that are electrically charged when dissolved in liquid and are essential for many important bodily functions. Like many other compounds in the human body, electrolytes must be kept within a certain range for good health and function. During intense exercise, the body loses electrolytes and water through sweating. Electrolyte depletion can lead to performance impairment, fatigue, cramps and increase the risk of injury. Therefore, we have added potassium, magnesium and sodium to our pre-workout to replenish these essential minerals. These are 3 of the most abundant electrolytes that help support muscle contractions, nerve impulse conduction, regulate heart rate and fluid balance in the body, among many other benefits. Research has shown that potassium and magnesium supplementation promotes vasodilation by increasing (NO) nitric oxide and prostacyclin, leading to improved blood flow and lower blood pressure.
B Vitamins Inc 800ug Folic acid Folic acid
is a highly bioavailable form of vitamin B9. It plays an important supporting role in the production of dopamine and nitric oxide. B3 (niacin) plays an important role in energy metabolism and cellular health. B6 (pyridoxal 5′-phosphate) can improve mood, reduce symptoms of depression and improve brain health. Vitamin B12 (methylcobalatim) is an essential vitamin that your body cannot make. Supplementation with B12 can help support the normal function of nerve cells, support energy production and even minimise the risk of cardiovascular disease. B12 also serves as an important cofactor in the production of dopamine.
20 mg Bioperine and AstraGin
Bioperine is a patented extract of black pepper used in pre-workout supplements to enhance nutrient absorption and uptake via its active ingredient piperine. Piperine is also a high-level anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and a dopamine maximiser in the body (by stimulating the TRPV receptor in the brain). AstraGin is a patented, 100% plant compound that also increases the absorption of many vital nutrients. Bioperine and AstraGin work synergistically together to increase nutrient absorption and uptake, this can help you get more out of your pre-workout
