Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid derived from fish oil, which is rich in EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Since humans are unable to synthesise Omega 3, it is essential that we consume them through dietary sources.

SUGGESTED USE
