Hydra Flow is our premium daily hydration product designed to hydrate the body, replace electrolytes lost through sweat and contains added vitamins to revitalise the body.

Hydra Flow contains Cocomineral®️, a patented instant coconut water powder extract that contains the essential electrolytes sodium and potassium, which can help replenish electrolytes lost through sweat during exercise. CocoMineral®️ is low in fat and high in carbohydrates, meaning it is ideal for replenishing glycogen stores after a workout. We have used CocoMineral®️ to ensure that the quality of the product meets the highest standards.

Hydra Flow can be used at any time of the day, whether in the morning to achieve optimal hydration right after getting up, or after exercise to help replenish electrolytes lost through sweating during exercise.
