Double Roasted Runner Peanuts
To ensure the most functional peanut butter, we had to start with the best peanuts. Our relationship has its origins in 1946. No national peanut butter can claim that their peanut butter is personally managed from the seeds to the growing fields, protecting the harvest with safe agricultural fertilisers to ensure *toksin-free, non-GMO, certified organic peanuts. We play a role in every stage of production, from seed in the peanut fields to the peanut butter in the jar on your table.
Maximum Quality
Most people think almonds and walnuts are the best sources of nuts for overall health and protein, but Double Roasted Runner Peanut has something to say about that. And while we've taken extensive steps to reduce the carbohydrate and fat content with natural fibre, we haven't done the same with the protein content, and that's because of the quality of this amazing peanut.
At seven grams of protein per ounce, double-roasted runner peanuts contain more protein than any other nut on the market (walnuts and almonds, by comparison, contain 4 and 6 grams, respectively). But it is not just the protein content that makes double-roasted runner peanuts the leading choice for us over other sources. They are also rich in a host of essential vitamins and minerals for general health and well-being, including high amounts of vitamin E, magnesium and zinc for hormone development. Aflatoxin-Free
A quick note on a valid concern for many food consumers: the double-roasted runner peanut is certified free of aflatoxin, meaning it has not been contaminated by toxins grown by fungi during the farming process. While not all nuts are free of aflatoxin during production, we have taken extensive care to ensure that Professor Nutz™ Nut Butter does not contain any adverse health effects, and screening for aflatoxin to be declared free of the toxin was crucial for us when selecting the double-roasted runner peanut.
