Zoomad Labs – Raw One Creatine Ultra Pure

Creatine is a tripeptide created by the bonding of three different amino acids: arginine, methionine and glycine. Our body can produce creatine itself in the liver, but often not in sufficient quantities to meet the energy needs of intense workouts.

Supplementation with creatine monohydrate improves energy performance and helps recover from fatigue and physical stress because it is a precursor of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the main source of mitochondrial energy and responsible for strength and energy during the first 10-12 seconds of anaerobic exercise.

Zoomad Labs® Creatine Monohydrate Ultrapure 200 mesh has a micronisation degree of 200 mesh (0.075 mm), making it one of the purest and finest creatines on the market. We usually work with 80 mesh creatines, which are less fine and therefore have lower bioavailability and more difficult absorption.
